Organisations seeking to provide on-site services must be pre-qualified, which is an important process.
The pre-qualification process involves the following steps:
- Contact a relevant representative (e.g. maintenance, capital projects, human resources, information technology) to make them aware of your product or service.
- Request that your business be included in a list of proposed tenderers when they are creating a relevant Request For Contract (RFC).
- Complete and return a Request for Tender and a Request for Pre-qualification questionnaire.
If your company is shortlisted in the tender evaluation process, the pre-qualification questionnaire is reviewed and a new supplier process will commence.
Organisations seeking to provide equipment, spare parts, engineering supplies, services or consumables should send their Expression of Interest form.
